Jumping to the rescue of over-heated sun lovers in Soho yesterday, Orangina set up a one-stop solution, encouraging park-goers to visit a unique new vending machine for the chance to strip, sip and chill in the hot summer sunshine.
In a case of life imitating art, the unique vending machine installation offered users the chance to pick out bikinis, trunks and vests that closely matched those seen on the limited edition Orangina bottles, currently available in stores nationwide. As well as giving sun-lovers the chance to ditch layers of hot clothing, the vending machine also provided ice-cold bottles of Orangina to help visitors keep their cool whilst soaking up the rays.
Among the Soho Square revelers making the most of the handy Orangina installation, was Chelsea model, Serge DeNimes founder and general heartthrob Oliver Proudlock, who chilled out whilst enjoying a picnic lunch with girlfriend Emma Louise Connolly and Made In Chelsea pal, Nicola Hughes.
Oliver said "We Brits love to complain about the weather. Either it is too cold, or when the sun is out everyone complains about it being too hot! The vending machine was a great solution, it's been like a day at the beach today in Soho Square and the cold Orangina offered a great refreshment to top it all off."
Sara Hasan, Brand Manager at Orangina said, "It's so difficult to predict heat waves like this, and even harder to dress for them when we have to go to work. No one wants to be caught short on days like this, now with our unique Orangina vending machine installation, they don't have to be! Sun lovers can dress chic and stay cool, just like our limited edition bikini packs."
