Arla Foods Ingredients was represented at the Food Ingredients Europe fair (FiE) in London from Monday to Wednesday this week.
17,000 pre-registered visitors attended the fair at which Arla Foods Ingredients introduced three new products – one for soups and sauces, another for dips and dressings and the third for protein drinks.
The three products were launched under the “Cream of innovation” theme symbolised by a ballerina.
“Visitor attendance was satisfactory,” said Henrik Andersen, Director, Arla Foods Ingredients. “”But it was evident that some people have been put off travelling.”
Sales of ingredients and milkpowder products from Arla Foods Ingredients account for almost 20% of Arla Foods’ total turnover.
