Cremo changes production processes

The installation of a new mixing tower at Cremo in December marked the beginning of a series of changes to the cheese powder plant’s production processes. Until now, Cremo has mixed the cheeses which formed part of an individual order and then dried the mixture. However, the new mixing tower will enable Cremo to dry each cheese type individually and then mix the different types as required.

“The reason why we’ve changed production is the need to be able to supply more complex mixtures,” says Factory Manager Jens Kristian Møller.
