BLAST Pro Series Lisbon - Cloud9 and Astralis top the leaderboard

News   •   Dec 14, 2018 22:08 UTC

Astralis and Cloud9 take the lead in the Group Stage of BLAST Pro Series Lisbon.

Day 1 of the final CS:GO tournament of the year did not go quite as expected. After winning the Major in January Cloud9 has had a rough year, but it might just be that the US based team will end the year on a high note.

After wins over both MIBR and FaZe Clan, together with Astralis Cloud9 are 2-0 and the two teams share the lead in the groupstage.

MIBR and NaVi are both 1-1 while NiP and FaZe Clan are 0-2. The Copenhagen finalists from NiP struggle to find their first win, but with the tournament format of BLAST Pro Series, everything is possible going into day 2.

The decisive Group Stage matches and the Grand Final will all be played Saturday in front of 6.000 fans in a sold out Altice Arena.
