Charlotta Falvin joins Crunchfish Board of Directors as an advisor.
Crunchfish, a world leader in mobile touchless interaction, strengthens its Board of Directors by welcoming Charlotta Falvin as an advisor.
We are very pleased to welcome experienced and highly competent Charlotta Falvin to our board of directors. Charlotta's sharp mind and insightful understanding of high tech company execution will become very valuable to Crunchfish as we are entering into an exciting accelerated growth phase. She brings also an excellent network to the table based on her past and current assignments in and around the high tech industry in this region", stated Joachim Samuelsson, Chairman of the Board.
Charlotta Falvin has more than 20 years of experience in the high tech industry.Operationally her background is with Axis Communications and TAT. She was CEO of TAT during 2005 - 2010 until the company was acquired by Blackberry (RIM). She is today an active Board Professional as Chair of Ideon Science Park and from January 1st also Chair of Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. She is also a Board Member in the publicly listed high tech companies Axis, Doro and Invisio.
"I am impressed with what the team has achieved and what is in the pipeline going forward", she says in a comment. "What makes me particularly interested in Crunchfish is the combination of technical depth and focus on user experience which I am convinced is a critical long term success factor. I have also prior experience with several of the key people in the team which has allowed me to track the company for quite some time. Crunchfish Board of Directors consists of an experienced team of high tech professionals, Örjan Johansson, Mikael Kretz, Malte Zaunders and Joachim Samuelsson as Chairman. The main owners of Crunchfish are Saudi- Ethiopian business man Mohammed Al Amoudi and serial entrepreneur Joachim Samuelsson.
