The Terms and Conditions of Service for publishing press information and material with Mynewsdesk AB’s Mynewsdesk.com online service.
1. Application
Mynewsdesk’s services are intended for companies and organizations. Mynewsdesk AB will not enter into agreements with private individuals.
These general conditions set forth the terms and conditions under which press information is administered and published at www.mynewsdesk.com, www.newsdesk.se, in other media and / or other services that Mynewsdesk AB own, collaborate with and / or administrate, and are applicable to all agreements entered into with Mynewsdesk AB.
The scope of Mynewsdesk’s services, and the undertakings of Mynewsdesk in connection to these services, is further defined in the current product specification, as modified from time to time, which describes all services where your press information is or will become available, e.g. www.mynewsdesk.com, in other media, and / or other services that Mynewsdesk own, collaborate with and / or administrate.

For the purpose of these general conditions ”press information” shall include, but not be limited to:
3. Liability for Press Information
The content of Mynewsdesk is created by the users of the web-site. You, the customer, are solely responsible for the content of any press information that you publish. By accepting these general conditions, you agree that press information that you publish at Mynewsdesk must not contain any item that is unlawful or otherwise unfit for publication and that such press information must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
You acknowledge that you must own, or have the necessary rights to, any press information that you publish, including pictures and videos. Your rights must include the right to publish, reproduce, modify or make other such use of the press information at and via Mynewsdesks services, and shall further include the right for Mynewsdesk to disclose press information in accordance with these general conditions.
If you publish press information that includes pictures or video you must obtain consent from any individuals that appear on the pictures / video.
Mynewsdesk will not be responsible for the content or layout of the press information or for any quality problems that the administration of the press information might result in.
It is the responsibility of each user to analyze and critically assess the content prior to publication. Mynewsdesk will not be responsible for any measures taken based on the content published at the web-sites.
4. Administration of Press Information
Mynewsdesk reserves the right to systemize, summarize and publish all or part of any press information that you publish at or via Mynewsdesk’s services. The press information will become publicly available and accessible for journalist as well as others.
MyNewsDesk cannot assume any responsibility for any premature or late publication of press information or any deletion, blocking or alteration of press information.
5. Right to Delete Information and Suspend Users
Mynewsdesk reserves the right to remove all or part of your press information at any time and for any reason. Information is removed to enhance the quality of the service in order to create more value for our users.
Mynewsdesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if Mynewsdesk deems that you are misbehaving. If the violations are deemed to be illegal, a police report may be filed.
6. Termination
If you have signed a monthly subscription online, you may terminate your agreement with Mynewsdesk at any time. If you choose to terminate or downgrade your subscription during the time of your subscription, the functions for that specific Mynewsdesk account will be deactivated. The payment drawn from your account will not be reimbursed when you choose to terminate or downgrade your subscription before the subscription has ended. Please observe that the termination of agreements covering more extensive time periods is regulated in a separate agreement.
Mynewsdesk may terminate any agreements by giving one (1) month prior notice. Mynewsdesk may also immediately terminate any agreements if you; (1) become insolvent, bankrupt, or enter into any arrangement with creditors; (2) cancel your payments to Mynewsdesk; (3) has been suspended from the service; or (4) is in breach of these general conditions.
In the event of termination, Mynewsdesk shall have the right to delete all or part of your press information. No refunds are given subject to termination.
7. Privacy
By accepting these general conditions you give your consent to Mynewsdesk to store the information that you provide when you register yourself as a customer, along with any information that you submit or enter.
Mynewsdesk uses cookies to store statistics and traffic information concerning your visits at our web-sites. A cookie is a text file that is sent from our web server and stored by your web browser. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you may set your web browser to automatically deny storage of cookies.
Mynewsdesk will not share your personal data. Mynewsdesk will only store your personal data while you are a registered user and will delete the personal data after termination of the agreement.
You have the right to once every year, free of charge, demand information regarding personal data concerning you that is processes by Mynewsdesk. If you like to receive such information you shall submit a written and signed request to us. If your personal data is incorrect, you may demand that the information is corrected, blocked or deleted.
You may, at any time, in whole or in part revoke your consent under this section. If such revoke is not given in writing, Mynewsdesk will confirm your revoke in writing.
8. Liability and Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold Mynewsdesk harmless from all liabilities, claims, demands and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from any breach by you of these general conditions, any infringement of any third party’s intellectual property resulting from press information that you have published on Mynewsdesk’s web-sites, or any other unlawful press information published by you.
In addition to any other limitations of liability provided for in these general conditions, Mynewsdesk shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage, such as loss of profit or business interruptions, arising out of any negligence by Mynewsdesk. The aggregate liability of Mynewsdesk shall in no event exceed the sum of the fees of the services during the term of the agreement or a half price base amount (as defined in the National Insurance Act (1962:381)), whichever is smaller. Such limitation of liability shall not apply if Mynewsdesk have acted with grossly negligence.
A notice of request for damages shall be made as soon as possible. If the request is not made within six (6) months after the event that caused the damage, the right to declare damages shall be lost, provided that the request could have been made within that time.
Mynewsdesk will not replace any damages caused, directly or indirectly, by fire, flood, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war,terrorism or civil unrest or any other similar cause beyond the reasonable control of the Mynewsdesk, provided that the causes could not have been prevented by reasonable precautions.

Mynewsdesk’s services are, like most Internet-based services, potentially vulnerable to various security risks. Mynewsdesk strives to reduce such risks but, when using the services, Mynewsdesk cannot guarantee that you will not be subject to:
10. The Customers Right to Price Reduction
You may, by sending a notice of complaint, demand a reduction of the price of MyNewsDesk’s services if you can show that the services does not meet what Mynewsdesk has promised. Such notice of complaint shall be made in writing and shall be delivered to Mynewsdesk as soon as possible and at latest six (6) months after the discovery of the cause of the compliant or the time when it ought to have been discovered.
11. Changes of General Conditions
Mynewsdesk reserves the right to modify these general conditions, as well as the prices of Mynewsdesk’s services, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in the general conditions shall be effective one month after notice of such change is posted at www.mynewsdesk. com, sent to you via e-mail or given by any other agreed procedure.
12. Payment Terms
As a customer, you undertake to pay the current price of the services, as changed from time to time.
All prices are exclusive of value added tax and other indirect taxes. These will be charged according to current taxes at the time of the invoice.
If you use Mynewsdesk’s free-of-charge services, such as “Mynewsdesk Free”, you are not bound to pay any fees for the services.
Payment shall, unless otherwise agreed, be made to Mynewsdesk no later than twenty (20) days after the date of the invoice. Mynewsdesk reserves the right to charge for invoicing. Outstanding unpaid balances after payment due dates will be subject to late payment interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (1975:635), reminder fee and charges for debt collection in accordance with applicable laws.
13. Preconditions for Agreements with Mynewsdesk
A precondition for agreements with Mynewsdesk is that you have been deemed to be credit-worthy. You agree that Mynewsdesk will be entitled to make enquiries about your credit record.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
These general conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be settled by the courts of Sweden.
