Chiffry shows at CeBIT PressPreview the forecasts up to 2015

Chiffry GmbH presents on January 28, 2015 CeBIT Press Preview journalists from 20 countries will present their latest developments in the tap-proof communication Chiffry App for iOS, Android and Blackberry with the quality mark "IT Security made in Germany" before.

Teutschenthal, 06.02.2015 – Almost every second person in Germany is in possession of a smartphone. Most of them use communication platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook from the United States that have already been called for publicly several times because of lack of data protection. Neither users nor German authorities are able to influence effective on the collection, use and analyze these data.

Secure communication apps like Chiffry can make a significant help to improve self-privacy protection, as requested by the Federal Education Minister Johanna Wanka. Chiffry users can tap-proof phone, send pictures, videos, contacts, voice and text messages confidential. The Chiffry communication servers are located in one by IT security standard ISO 27001 certified data center of the enviaTEL GmbH in Germany and are cared for exclusively by Chiffry team.

At CeBIT 2015 Chiffry is already available for iPhone, BlackBerry and Android users. "The development of key functions for these three operating systems has been completed and thus about 90% of smartphone users, including journalists and business people can benefit from the secure communication "made in Germany”," says CEO Leonid Gimbut.

In addition, the first premium features such as group chat with up to 50 participants, a lock screen to protect the application on the smartphone, sending all file types, self-destroying messages and broadcast lists are presented at CeBIT. These functions will initially be offered as well as the basic version free of charge.

Later this year, the developers want to publish more premium features such as a database backup, secure file storage and conference calls with up to 4 users and complete the development of Windows Phone version.

An additional focus puts the company on the development of Chiffry Business versions. These are developed on individual requests from government agencies and companies and adapted to customer requirements. For the solutions the servers are usually installed and managed in the customer's own data centers.

CeBIT visitors can convince themselves from this app at DIGITTRADE booth L10 in hall 6 or download directly from the respective stores. In addition, the latest external DIGITTRADE High Security HDD HS256 S3 is presented with more security and faster USB 3.0 data transfer at the booth.
