Stockholm, London, Noida – den 6. August 2012 – den globale IT serviceleverandør, HCL Technologies Ltd. (HCL) er blevet udpeget som lederen i innovation i Norden af den globale konsulentvirksomhed KPMG. Udnævnelsen er et resultat af et studie udført af KPMG over outsourcingleverandørers effektivitet og ydeevne samt kundetilfredshed i regionen.
HCL's placering er resultatet af et studie udført af KPMG som evaluerede 28 serviceleverandører og over 900 selvstændige kunde/leverandør relationer, ved at udspørge C-niveau ledere eller ledere lige under fra 340 af de virksomheder som anvender flest penge på IT i hele Norden.
Studiet positioneredes ikke blot HCL som leder i innovation, men gjorde det også klart at HCL er den mest fleksible serviceleverandør, og i top tre i generel kundetilfredshed.
Desuden afslørede studiet at HCL er en af de mest konsistente serviceleverandører, men minimum top fem placering i alle underkategorie, inklusive kategorier som pris, kvalitet, risici, relationer, innovation, fleksibilitet, styringsmodel og transition.
