In October 2016 Schantz participated in Great Place to Work’s annual survey in which Danish companies are measured on dimensions such as credibility, respect, pride, camaraderie and fairness.
With a score above 80% in each of the five dimensions Schantz has achieved a Great Place to Work Certification.
We are proud of this achievement and regard it as a recognition of our ongoing efforts to create a work place with high level of professional expertise, respect for every single employee and confidence in that everyone does their best to achieve the common goals of Schantz. The Great Place to Work Certification program is based on both the employees’ experience of the workplace and their assessment of the managerial and organisational practice of the workplace. With reference to the five dimensions credibility, respect, pride, camaraderie and fairness, the survey gives insight into how the day-to-day relationships with co-workers and the management are experienced by the employees. At the same time the survey provides focused recommendations for improvement together with an action plan on how to build a high trust, high performance culture.
