Now starts the enrolment for EET Academy sales trainee education 2014-15

In September the EET Academy sales trainee education 2014-15 begins, and the enrolment period has just started.


Every year in September the EET Academy starts up a comprehensive sales trainee programme for young people from all over Europe, who applied for employment and admission to the programme. The trainee programme stretches over 1-2 years (can vary from country to country), and takes place partly at the EET Group headquarters and Logistics centre in Denmark, and partly at the local EET Europarts sales office, to where the individual sales trainees are associated. In the screening of the young candidates skills like; ambition, dedication, engagement and eager for knowledge are emphasised.


”We are an expansive company, and as such, it is important that our employees have the required knowledge and "up-to-date" competences, plus an understanding about our corporate values, so they can be carriers of our corporate culture,"
says EET Group CEO John Thomas.


"In 2011 we introduced EET Academy as an internal training and education division. The EET Academy has two purposes; one is to ensure that our employees have always updated knowledge about our organisation, our business - i.e. about sales and products - and about our systems and company routines. The other purpose is to make us partial "self-sufficient" with new sales employees, enthusiastic about sales, wanting to be educated within the line of business - and who can also participate in anchoring of our corporate values all the way to the remote nooks of the organisation - which today includes 31 sales offices in 26 countries all over Europe and Africa."


At the EET Academy the candidates are taught by internal EET Group employees as well as by external consultants. The candidates are trained in the company vision, strategy and organisation - and in sales, products and internal systems (ERP, CRM etc.). The educational course, conducted in English, is intensive, detailed and based on hands-on training sessions, so the candidates are exercised in e.g. the company´s IT-systems, products, logistics, calculation, identifying customer needs and optimisation of service, customer analysis and customer satisfaction, sales pitch and sales tools.

At the end of the trainee programme the candidates are sit for an examination and will receive a diploma and an official EET Academy Sales Trainee Certificate.


”This year is the fourth year we take in a team of sales trainees at the EET Academy. When the trainee programme ends, we strive to hold on to the candidates and offer them permanent employment in the company. We have several candidates who have already been promoted within the organisation. The size and the geographic extend of this company gives us the opportunity to offer good career options - also internationally," says John Thomas.
