EET Europarts enters the Robotics Marketplace signing with one of the top three brands of in-home robots worldwide

Ecovacs Robotics has signed distribution agreement with EET Europarts for push in the Nordic countries.

  

As of July 1 EET Europarts has been appointed Nordic distributor for Ecovacs Robotics, a world leading manufacturer of Vacuum- and Windows Robots.
        
ECOVACS Group was founded in 1998 by Qian Dongqi. Originally established as an electronics manufacturer, ECOVACS Group expanded its operations in 2006 by founding ECOVACS ROBOTICS, a company that specializes in research and development, design, manufacture and sales of robotic home appliances.
         
Group CEO John Thomas, EET Group, says: "In the SDA market vacuum robots are a fast growing product group. In fact, the convenience afforded by the cordless and rechargeable vacuum models shows strong growth in all regions, and therefore we are very excited about the cooperation with Ecovacs. In Germany Ecovacs launched just last year and now holds more than 25% market share. This is due to a new price point in the marketplace from Ecovacs with prices starting at €199 EUR, and offers a price range from €199 - €799.
           
Sales Director, Retail, Allan Friis, at EET Europarts Denmark, says: "Many consumers have been held back by the high cost of robotic vacuum cleaners. However, with Ecovacs´ product lineup, award winning designs and very competitive prices, not previously seen in the market, we are confident that our resellers, and the Nordic consumers, will find interest in Ecovacs´ Robots."
     
The distribution agreement includes distribution rights for the complete Ecovacs product portfolio in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
