Switch on, feel good and immerse yourself in the action.

With the bild 4 OLED, premium manufacturer Loewe is offering its customers easy access to the very latest television technology. The bild 4 OLED is Loewe's ‘one box’ TV set, everything you need, simply unpack and switch on to enjoy an incredible television experience. The package includes an ultra-slim 4.9 millimetre display, integrated soundbar with 2 x 40 watt for a vibrant audio performance and a beautifully minimal table stand. All rounded off by simple, intuitive and user-friendly operation.

The bild 4 OLED is amazing. It takes television into a whole new dimension with explosive colours and high levels of constrast for vibrant natural pictures, even in fast paced action scenes. Want to experience the drama of a football match right from the touchline? Or to watch a crime thriller in complete darkness and still make out every detail? OLED takes you from the front row to the heart of the action.

"The bild 4 is an important part of Loewe's portfolio and its easy installation and operation should inspire even less technology-savvy viewers. It offers the perfect trio of picture and sound performance together with easy operation. Top-level design meets ultimate home entertainment,"
commented Mark Hüsges, Loewe's CEO.

OLED technology: a new dimension in television.

At just 4.9 millimetres, the latest generation OLED screens are thinner than most smartphones. In contrast to LCDs, OLED displays do not require back lighting, each and every pixel produces its own light and so when the pixels are switched off, the result is an intense and complete blackness. The absolute black makes colours look more brilliant than ever and with higher levels of contrast even the finest nuances of night scenes are conveyed in extraordinary natural detail. With a response time of less than a microsecond, there is no motion-lag enabling smooth natural life-like motion even with fast action sports programs. OLED promises an incredible viewing experience, even from wide viewing angles, almost as if you were looking out of a window, pure television pleasure combined with high energy efficiency and durability. And with high dynamic range (HDR) technology including HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision™, the bild 4 OLED produces images that are even more brilliant than ever before with a whole new level of depth and an amazing colour spectrum for an even more true-to-life reproduction.

Design

The piano black soundbar, covered with matching acoustic fabric and minimalist black metal table stand are inspired by the extreme darkness of OLED black. The ultra slim display, accentuated by a fine contrasting graphite grey frame and Loewe Eye, creates an impression of elegance and lightness. All part of our bild 4.55 OLED set which includes table stand and integrated soundbar. Simple to set up and easy to operate.

Sound

The powerful 80 watt stereo soundbar with a closed bass reflex box ensures warm low frequencies and wonderfully voluminous sound. For a more dramatic and powerful soundtrack it’s exceptionally simple to add additional audio components thanks to the integrated 5.1 audio decoder. Simply connect the bild 4 OLED TV to the klang 1 subwoofer and a pair of klang 1 speakers for a 3.1 sound concept. Add another klang 1 subwoofer and a second pair of klang 1 speakers to scale up to a 5.2 sound system for well-balanced full surround sound. You can play music from your smartphone through the TV audio system via Bluetooth and of course also enjoy the vibrantly nuanced TV sound wirelessly using Bluetooth headphones too.

Features

Loewe – invented the television!

Founded in 1923 by the brothers Siegmund and David Ludwig Loewe, Loewe presented the world’s first electronic film transmission at the 8th Berlin Radio Exhibition in 1931. The brilliant inventor and physicist Manfred von Ardenne, Loewe’s Chief Engineer, came up with the technology. This marked Loewe's invention of the television. Loewe also developed the first portable television. And that's not all. Loewe Art 1 - now a design icon - was exhibited in the New York Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in the 1980s. Loewe devices are still made in Germany – and with great passion, enthusiasm and extensive expertise. The development, production and service departments are based in Kronach (Upper Franconia). Loewe products have been perfected down to the last detail and designed to last and save energy. Modular technology, premium materials, precise workmanship, regular software updates and timeless design guarantee a sustainable product – high-tech with a soul.
