Maija Kaski appointed Chief HR Officer at Empower Group

MSc, Adult Education Maija Kaski has been appointed Chief HR Officer of Empower Group and a member of the Empower Group Executive Team as of September 4, 2019.

Maija has 20 years' experience of both strategic and operative HR in international and global business environment. Most recently she has acted as HR Director among others in Martela and Talvivaara and previously also held responsible HR management positions at Nokia and Elcoteq. At Empower, Maija is in charge of the Group's HR and Communications functions and also leads the Finnish country HR team.

– Working in a personnel intense industry, we wanted to complement our team with a professional whose background supports developing our organization and our capabilities. Maija’s solid and exceptionally extensive experience in various HR roles and communications further strengthens Empower's expertise, says Jari Onniselkä, Empower Group CEO.
