WellMaster IMS - increased uptime both onshore and offshore

WellMaster IMS was recently delivered as a fully cloud-based solution for an E&P operator in Australia and New Zealand. As the first client on the new hosted platform, the operator saves both time and cost in implementation and IT maintenance.

The E&P operator operates both offshore and onshore conventional assets, and manages the well integrity for all wells in WellMaster IMS. The system keeps track of the current risk picture for the wells, and contributes to an efficient production within corporate guidelines and industry regulations (including NOPSEMA).

“ExproSoft is pleased to see WellMaster IMS perform as a cloud-based solution, offering improved accessibility and cost efficiency for the operator. Operators world-wide want IT solutions to be implemented fast, always accessible, and with low maintenance cost. The cloud enables this,” says Odd Are Svensen, CEO of ExproSoft.

WellMaster IMS ensures that the operator has complete overview of the wells’ risk picture by systematically monitoring and reporting the status of well barriers. Exprosoft see that an increased control of the risk picture contributes to increased uptime and a safer production of the wells.

WellMaster IMS was launched in 2007, and is today utilized by a number of operators in Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
