HCL Technologies on nimetty Pohjoismaiden innovatiivisimmaksi ja joustavimmaksi IT-palveluiden tarjoajaksi

Tukholma, Lontoo, Noida – 6.8.2012 – Globaali IT-palveluiden tuottaja, HCL Technologies Ltd. (HCL), on nimetty maailmanlaajuisen asiantuntijayrityksen KPMG:n toimesta Pohjoismaiden johtavaksi yritykseksi innovatiivisuudessa. Kyseinen huomionosoitus on osa tutkimusta, jossa selvitettiin alueen ulkoistuspalveluiden tarjoajien suorituskykyä sekä asiakastyytyväisyyttä.

HCL:n sijoitus oli KPMG:n tekemän tutkimuksen tulos, jossa  arvioitiin 28 palveluntarjoajaa ja yli 900 yksittäistä asiakas/tarjoaja suhdetta sekä C-tason johtajien tai heidän alaistensa haastatteluja. Mukana oli yli 340 Pohjoismaiden suurinta IT-alan organisaatiota. 

Tutkimus ei ainoastaan sijoittanut HCL:ää innovatiivisimmaksi yritykseksi, vaan sen mukaan yritys oli myös joustavin palveluntarjoaja. HCL sijoittui myös kolmen parhaimman joukkoon asiakastyytyväisyydessä. 

Lisäksi HCL oli myös tutkimuksen mukaan yksi johdonmukaisimmista palveluntarjoajista. Yritys oli viiden parhaimman joukossa kaikissa alakategorioissa, joissa arvioitiin hintaa, laatua, riskienhallintaa, suhteita, innovaatiota, joustavuutta, ohjausta ja muutosta.

HCL Technologies Pohjoismaissa

 

HCL Technologies palvelee pohjoismaisia asiakkaitaan noin 1 500 asiantuntijan voimin. Tästä määrästä noin 25% yrityksen asiantuntijoista toimii pohjoismaissa ja 75% asiakkaiden tarpeiden mukaan eri puolilla maailmaa. HCL Technologies on toiminut Ruotsissa jo noin 5 vuotta ja avannut lisäksi toimistot syksllä 2010 Suomeen, Norjaan ja Tanskaan.
