Ooredoo Qatar is set to work with Omnitele as part of the company’s efforts to build its leadership position in data experience.
Specifically, Omnitele will develop new capabilities that will enable Ooredoo to leverage crowdsourcing as another data source for measuring and managing the customer experience.
“Enhancing the data experience is a key priority for Ooredoo, and we are working hard to analyse and understand all the available data that will feed into the development of a better customer experience. Working with Omnitele, we will be able to factor crowdsourcing into our analysis mix,” said Yousuf Abdulla Al Kubaisi, Chief Operating Officer, Ooredoo Qatar.
