Doctual introduces AI platform for legal documents Platform to be launched to the startup crowd at Maria 01, Helsinki

Helsinki, Finland: Doctual Ltd., a Helsinki based company that has built an intelligent cloud platform for legal paperwork workflow automation from drafting contracts to online signing and management. The company is going to introduce the system to a crowd of startups, entrepreneurs, lawyers and other startup-ecosystem members on Friday evening at Maria 01 in Helsinki at 5 PM.

With the motto of ‘A STARTUP FOR STARTUPS’, the company plans to “help startups reduce their documentation worries to zero”. The company’s targeted primary market is the members of the startup-ecosystem. The first public release of the platform will already enable users to draft the most important contracts online, negotiate, execute the whole signing process and tag and store documents in the cloud. The company is providing pdf-document management and online signing for completely free.

Ville Riola from Maria 01 is representing the startup hub and many Helsinki based startups are joining for an evening of networking, drinks and pizza. Simon Indola, former CPO of VR Group and former Director of Software Procurement at NOKIA, currently the Senior Advisor of the company, is going to address the crowd and talk about the importance of the subject. CEO, Ramesh Ghimire, is going to present the platform and its services to the crowd.
