Satisfactory result for KILROY International A/S

The record result is the fifth in a row and the outcome of several years’ determined effort to develop the Group’s business areas and brands while maintaining focus on optimizing support functions across the Group.

In the course of 2013 the Group bought out the minority shareholders in the Danish company Horizons, which operates KILROY Denmark and Jysk Rejsebureau. The Group has also acquired a 20% stake in Frank Students, which was established by the Finnish student organizations. The purpose of Frank Students is to secure special advantages for students in Finland.

KILROY Foundation, which was established to support education in a wider sense, launched its first project at the beginning of 2014 – a small primary school in South Africa.

Looking forward the Group will continue to focus on professional counseling within niche areas and to secure advantages of economies of scale in areas such as procurement, finance and technology.

The Group expects 2014 to be a challenging year, but still with the opportunity for a satisfactory development.
