We in Visma Enterprise Oy will put our services to the test with the launch of a Bug Bounty program by Hackerone. The services that are in our scope are our M2 Travel Expense Management, Tiima Work Time Management, Saima HR and Saima Rekry.
Visma Enterprise will launch a Bug Bounty program with the leading Bug Bounty platform provider Hackerone. We will reward external security researchers, that report possible security vulnerabilities in our services, with bounties. “Our services get over 600,000 attacks a day, and we want to know what is found”, comments Security Manager Joakim Tauren. The program will first launch as a private program and will be opened for all hackers at a later time.
“We have invested considerably in security and our services are ISO 27001 certified. We want to continue to be on the cutting edge of security and thus seek the help of the most competent security researchers to improve our services”, says Managing Director Jukka Mikkonen.
“In the quickly digitized society, no company or organization that doesn’t accept outside reports for vulnerabilities, is safe. Visma Enterprise will set themselves up in the top tier of the security field. Similar programs are run by Uber, Twitter, General Motors and the United States Department of Defense”, says CEO Mårten Mickos, HackerOne.
