Top analyst identifies Zalaris as “Star Performer”

Everest Group identifies Zalaris as leading player in prestigious rating, assessing service providers in the multi-process HR Outsourcing market (MPHRO).

In yet another affirmation of its excellence in HR and payroll outsourcing services, Zalaris today announced its positioning as a “Star Performer” on Everest Group’s MPHRO PEAK Matrix™ that assesses all the major providers in the category.

Major player
Zalaris received the classification based on Everest Group’s detailed analysis of the company for performance, experience, ability and knowledge (“PEAK”) compared to 19 other MPHRO service providers. The PEAK Matrix classifies service providers into “Leaders”, “Major Contenders”, and “Aspirants”, as well as designates “Star Performers”, based on the service providers’ relative positive year-on-year movement on the matrix.

Star Performer
In addition to describing Zalaris as both a “Star Performer” and “Major Contender” on its matrix, underscoring the company’s rising success in recent years, Everest Group’s analysis noted Zalaris’ ability to adeptly address cross-border HR processes, including both transaction- and judgment-oriented requirements.

Other advantages referenced range from Zalaris’ strong partnerships with SAP SuccessFactors and the presence of an established SuccessFactors Center of Excellence to the company’s willingness to work on other Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms.
