Future Transports 2018: How to move and transport goods in a more sustainable way?

Event date 31 January 2018

Location Universeum, Göteborg

We are happy to announce that Greencarrier has started a collaboration with Universeum and their annual project “Future Transports”. This is a Swedish project held locally in Gothenburg, where students in grade 7 and 8 compete against each other and develop ideas for how to move and transport goods in a more sustainable way. During the project, different activities will be held:

  • Teacher inspiration
  • Student inspiration
  • Exhibition event 31/1 2018 - “The Future Day”

This project enables Greencarrier to share our knowledge and expertise to students as well as teachers and other stakeholders. During the exhibition day, all students will show their ideas and the best innovations will be appointed.

Participating in this project is important for Greencarrier since we work actively to raise an interest in sustainability and sustainable transport solutions. These young students are our potential future and may become our future employees as well.

Greencarrier is one of the several partners for this project. Other partners participating in this project are Chalmers, Gothenburg University, Volvo, Gothenburg Port, Swedish Shipowner’s Association, Hogia, Västtrafik and Gothenburg City.
