HIC went ICH - Internal Communication in Hospitality

Hospitality Insiders Club Estonia held its following session on February 15th at the Restaurant Scheeli targeting the topic of Internal Communication in Hospitality, with an added twist of Cross-Cultural Communication.

Content-wise, the club was run by Wallace Reynolds of Haaga-Helia UAS, who has a very relevant background in the context of crossing the borders between different cultures(both physically and mentally), having been brought up in a military family. They were positioned ever so often in different countries all over the world. The cross-cultural twist was added to the topic of internal communication within an hospitality organization, as this is something inevitably influencing how we run our businesses and act as employers, employees and colleagues in the ever-globalizing world.

The house case was this time presented twofold - first by the hospitable staff of Restaurant Scheeli - a true period gem dedicated to the pre-WWII better world and located in the very heart of the Old Tallinn; and then by the service design case run by Risto Sulu, at the very same restaurant.
