Leadership Course Participants, at EBS

The first Haaga-Helia course in Estonian was delivered on October the 25th, 2016.

The course Leadership & Performance Management in Hospitality was built up according to the new course format - the first day in English as a seminar by the Haaga-Helia expert, then homework in Estonian and, on the second day,  a workshop in Estonian. It was delivered by the expert Aija Juvonen from Haaga-Helia, and the Estonian coach Riinu Rätsep.

The continuous and active discussions engaging and involving all the participants  - all in all about a dozen - gave proof to the idea that the lowering of the language barrier would enable the representatives of mid-managerial positions and people from outside of Tallinn. This was brought up during the second day.

Riinu Rätsep (BBA in International Business Administration) is an entrepreneur and has more than 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Her expertise areas are customer service, (self)motivation, leadership, sales, andyoung leaders development. She has been in supervising positions for more than 10 years from the mid-manager to the top-manager positions and has also worked in HR area as a specialist and a training manager.

There are more courses to follow in the same format as can be seen at
