The third annual SAUCE Forum will be held in Tartu, Estonia on September 11, 2017, bringing together the leaders and stakeholders of the culinary arts from all over the world, in order to discuss "The Next Course: How To Serve The Future".
# SAUCE2017 is a three-day event that will take place at the new and attractive Estonian National Museum and brings together the master classes of the internationally renowned restaurant experts, hotel industry experts and culinary enthusiasts from all over the world.
In 2015 and 2016 the SAUCE events have included speakers from nine of the world's best restaurants (from the 50 World's Best) and managed to capture 12 Michelin Star chefs and over 1500 people from 19 countries.
This year's # SAUCE2017 consists of two parts - Food and Service - and extends for the first time into the hospitality business and explores how we can achieve a better future in the hosting industry by exploring its components, sustainability, service, and education.
The second part of the forum - Service - is sponsored, co-arranged and co-facilitated by Haaga-Helia. It presents top executives such as Bob Puccini, the founder of the Puccini Group, Sigurlaug Sverrisdottir - who runs two award-winning design hotels in Iceland and Kai Schukowski - the youngest hotel manager in the Kempinski's brand history.
