Finnish University of Applied Sciences, Haaga-Helia is entering the Estonian education and training markets in co-operation with the Estonian Business School (EBS). Haaga-Helia Hospitality Competence Center in Estonia starts to serve the hospitality industry and companies operating in this sector. The core objective is to help them to accomplish better and improve their financial performance.

Passenger numbers continued to increase on the Helsinki-Tallinn route in particular, reflecting the development of Helsinki and Tallinn into ‘twin cities’ with close economic and social ties.

Haaga-Helia toob Eesti turule Culinary Management koolitused

Artikkel ajakirjas Reisimaailm, august 2016 Haaga-Helia Hospitality Competence Center in Estonia septembris algava õppeaasta üheks uudiseks on Hospitality Management kursustega jätkamise kõrval Culinary Management kursustega alustamine. Haaga-Helia vastava kulinaariakogemuse ja toitlustuskorralduse oskusteabe maaletoojaks-valdkonnapartneriks on siinpool valitud Tallinna erateeninduskool (TET).

Müügi- ja teeninduseksperdist teeninduskoolitajaks

Restamax valis välja kümme kogenud osakonna- või vahetuse juhti, kellest sooviti koolitada Meri Vehkaperä, Päivi Mattsoff ja Antti Parkama abil „teenindussaadikuid“. Selline kontseptsioon pidi andma nii säästusid koolituskuludes, kuna edaspidi väheneks vajadus osta koolitusi sisse väljastpoolt ettevõtet, aga samas motiveeriks see edukaid töötajaid panustama oma karjääri veelgi rohkem.

Müügi- ja teenindustöö oskused sisekoolitajatele

Soome RAY (Raha-automaattiyhdistys/Finland's Slot Machine Association - https://www.ray.fi/) ehk riiklik kasiinoäri vajas täiendkoolitust oma sisekoolitajatele – Teenindusässadele. Haaga-Helia sisekoolitajad valmistasid Teenindusässadele sisekoolituskava, mis keskendus kliendikesksusele, teenindamisele ja müügitöö parendamisele. Enne koolitama asumist kaardistati vastav olukord ettevõttes.
