Majestic Lounge at Royal Beach Seminyak

“It feels like we own the resort,” I tough when we entered the gate. As the resort is located in a spacious terrain, it still provides so much room for all guests. We sat down at the lounge, on the table in front of the bar, enjoyed one pretentious day.

At that very special day, we have got the chance to taste the Royal Gourmandise at The Living Lounge. We were sitting adjacent to the bar at the roomy living room. Two other guests were having fun playing at game station corner. “Ah, that’s rare!” I thought.

The Royal Gourmandise consists of two platters full of sweet and salty canapés. One plate has Indonesian style canapés where klepon, fried tofu, spring rolls and kue lapis was served, and another plate has Western style with tempura, apple crumble, salmon sandwich and chocolate-strawberries. The dish selection was light yet rich, the flavour of sweet and salty has become perfectly combine on each dish. And for the drink we have Wedang Jahe, the ginger tea. Tender taste of ginger was perfectly presented on a simple glass with cinnamon straw. Liselotte.
