The Customer Ombudsman is there to listen to the customers' ideas and complaints

Lindorff Sweden has launched the Customer Ombudsman to create a more effective dialogue through a clear interface. Contacting the Customer Ombudsman is easily done via or e-mail.

- We want to be present and to create dialogue. This is another step in our plan to approach our customers and show that we are involved and take responsibility in an increasingly developed credit market, where ease of getting in touch with us is vital.
