(Stockholm May 11, 2012) --- Mercuri International is acquiring Business Danmark Uddannelse which is the sales and leadership training part of Business Danmark, the union for sales professionals with 30,000 members in Denmark, and reached an exclusive agreement for cooperation.

Through the cooperation and acquisition the members of Business Danmark (sales professionals) will benefit from a more extensive product offering within customer service, sales, marketing and leadership, as well as the opportunity to add customized in-company development paths. Furthermore, by the cooperation the quality of the offerings will be enhanced and modern learning methods such as business simulations, e-Learning, learning management systems and mobile learning will be added. By complementing the face-to-face meetings with new and innovative ways of delivering knowledge and development Mercuri International and Business Danmark will provide unique solutions.
