Historia releases new single “Ella” on all digital platforms
The fifth release for rock band Historia is now available on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Google Play Music, Tidal, Deezer and Amazon Music
After more than a year and a half of hard work in production, Spanish rock band Historia has officially released its fifth single titled "Ella" (She) to the public. Of course, fans of this band can now enjoy this new release on any major digital music platform such as: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Google Play Music, Tidal, Deezer and Amazon Music.
Chris Salinas, vocalist of Historia, explained that this single is not like its predecessor, because it is "more aggressive". However, he describes "Ella" as "a powerful, yet melodic song, which discusses how a love desire has left a girl severely distraught. It is that desire that makes her go through several relationships where she finds no reciprocity in love causing her to feel terribly broken, with unbearable pain.”
In the middle of a starry sky in purple tones, the cover of this single conveys the melancholy, sadness and loneliness of its protagonist, which promises a new success for the band Historia in this musical venture.
With Chris Salinas as drummer and vocalist, Aaron Salinas on the keyboards and bass, Craig Ricks on lead guitar and Adrián Enrique as composer and rhythm guitar, the band Historia has five tracks released: “Me Faltas Tú” (Missing you) (2016), “Mil Horas” (A thousand hours) (2017), “Otoño”(Autumn) (2017), “Encontrarte” (To Find You) (2017) and “Ella” (She) (2019).
The launch of this new song comes after having reached more than 93 thousand interactive streams for “Otoño" and 100 thousand for "Me Faltas Tú " on Spotify. In the same year of its premiere, the ska-style version of the song “Mil Horas” managed to reach more than 100,400 streams on Spotify, in addition to the constant growth of listens of Historia singles on all digital platforms. Thanks to these successes, the music magazine Rocks Fanzine from Spain included Historia in the Top 5 of new talents for 2018.
The passion for Spanish rock emerges as an element of communion among the members of this band, who dream of continuing to make powerful music focused on feel and emotion.
