The impressive technology showcased with the PX-375 not lost on the visitors to HORIBA’s booth, as Johnson Khor, Sales Manager of HORIBA’s Process and Environmental Division notes. Especially the combination of both mass analysis by Beta Ray Attenuation and element analysis by X-ray fluorescence was praised by boothgoers.

As Johnson Khor outlines: “The PX-375 can operate as a single particulate monitor (field- portable or fixed type); or integrated with other gases analyser as an ambient monitoring quality monitoring system (AQMS).” HORIBA is aiming to continue to work closely together with the government sector (e.g. NEA, PUB) and various research institutions (e.g. NUS, NTU) in an effort to improve these technologies and provide new solutions.
