To ensure that our new employees get the product and business knowledge needed to support our customer, they participate in our Merit Consulting Trainee Programme. Infor Academy is an important part of the program and offers our consultants a five weeks hands-on Infor M3 training with various methods including e-learning, classroom instruction and in-field shadowing on actual customer projects. It´s completed with a final exam that will give the participant a certification on Infor M3. Two Merit participants’ states:

After five weeks in the Infor Academy, the trainee process continues locally with 8-24 weeks part time internship at a customer. This is combined with 2 weeks specialization course and 5 months project work to learn Merit Steps together with a Merit mentor. The whole process is based on giving our consultants the knowledge they need to support our customers and understand Merit methodologies, Turning knowledge into value.
