Performer David Pereira to Visit NIST International School

In conjunction with the International Peace Foundation, NIST will welcome world-renowned dancer, aerial artist and model David Pereira from 6-7 May. Widely recognized from his 2013 appearances on France's Got Talent, David will conduct three performances for NIST students, followed by Q & A sessions. Taking his talents into the classroom, he will also conduct workshops for arts and PE students throughout his time at the school.

Beyond his talents on the stage, David has worked to further humanitarian efforts such as the IPF, including its mission to "facilitate and strengthen dialogue and communication to promote understanding and trust". As a speaker in IPF's 5th ASEAN event series "Bridges: Dialogues Towards a Culture of Peace", he aims to help others gain an understanding of the connections between the arts and dialogue. Through artistic expression, we bridge cultural divides and offer others a window into our unique perspectives.
