Joint innovation AkzoNobel and Givaudan wins Future Ingredients Showcase

OneGrain – Reducing Sodium THE EASY WAY
At the Global Food Technology & Innovation summit OneGrain, mineral salt with less sodium and a
great taste, won the Future Ingredients Showcase Award 2015. This innovation is a joint development by salt expert AkzoNobel and flavor expert Givaudan. Specifically for OneGrain TS M100 for processed meats, Givaudan developed a unique flavor system for the low sodium salt developed by AkzoNobel.
Today OneGrain is recognized as the most innovative ingredient presented at this summit; combining expertise from the best of both worlds into one easy solution for the food industry to make healthier products without compromising taste.
