Winner Benelux Lab Automation Award 2013

Nieuws   •   dec 20, 2013 09:30 CET

This year, Hamilton has been looking for the best Laboratory Automation solution for liquid handling in the Benelux. This contest was open for all laboratory automation solutions and was brand independent.
We received very interesting and technologically advanced subscriptions which have been judged by a jury of 5 independent scientists.

The winner of the Benelux Lab Automation Award 2013 is Dr. Marco Bladergroen, working for the Center of Proteomics and Metabolomics at the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) in The Netherlands. The title of his subscription was “Automated sample preparation procedures for bottom-up and top-down proteomics of body fluids”.
His subscription can be found as attachment to this news. On the photo you can see, from left to right, Dr. Marco Bladergroen, Prof. dr. André Deelder and Dr. Yuri van der Burgt.

Dr. Marco Bladergroen won a trip for 2 to San Diego in January to visit the SLAS, including flights and 3 nights of accommodation. Next to that, he can relax afterwards in the beautiful beach resort “Del Coronado” for two nights, which also includes tickets for whale watching.

We want to thanks all applicants for their very interesting and inspiring subscriptions and we wish Dr. Marco Bladergroen a great time in San Diego.
