Arctic Frontiers seminar in Singapore - Opening talk by Minister Sam Tan

The Arctic Frontiers conference brings together policy makers and scientists to discuss Arctic issues and opportunities. MOS Mr Sam Tan has participated in the conference since 2015 and held the opening talk at a Arctic Frontiers Seminar 29 Sept in Singapore. This is the first Arctic Frontiers seminar in Asia. Other Seminars Abroad have been held in Denmark, Canada and Germany among others.
