Arctic 2030 – The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ grant scheme in the High North

Arctic 2030 is the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs grant scheme to realise the priorities for the High North. During Arctic Frontiers 2016 the Ministry will present results from selected ongoing projects as well as present some of the new projects that has received funding. Some partners with delegated funds from Arctic 2030 will also present their schemes. The event will be opened by State secretary Tore Hattrem. The event is in Norwegian, open for all and it is free. Register for this side-event here:

About Arctic 2030:

Project cooperation is an important instrument in the Government's High North strategy. The Norwegian government established the grant scheme Arctic 2030 in 2015 to promote Norwegian interests and contribute to realizing Government priorities for the High North. This entails strategic projects with various cooperative partners that contribute within the five priorities: international business cooperation, business development, knowledge development, infrastructure and environmental protection and emergency preparedness.
