Many interesting abstracts submitted for Arctic Frontiers Science 2016

Based on the number and the range of interesting topics submitted for presentation at Arctic Frontiers Science 2016 it will be an interesting conference.

Over 170 abstracts submitted were submitted for the three topics 

  1. Environmental footprints, lead by Thorjørn Larsen, Research Director, the Norwegian Institute of Water Research, NIVA.
  2. Arctic stewardship, lead by Tore Henriksen, Professor, K.G. Jebsen Centre for the Law of the Sea, Faculty of Law, University of Tromsø.
  3. Technology needs, lead by Harald Ellingsen, Professor, Head of the Department of Marine Technology, the Norwegian University for Science and Technology, NTNU.

We would like to thank all those who took time to submit abstracts to Arctic Frontiers Science 2016.
