We are very proud to announce that Mr. Nuritdin Inamov will speak at Arctic Frontiers Policy. Mr Inamov is Director of the Department for International Cooperation (since 2009) as well as a Board member of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation. Mr Inamov is an educated diplomat from the Moscow State University for International Relations (MGIMO). For 15 years, he was on diplomatic work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Russian embassies and trade missions abroad.
Mr. Inamov has represented Russia in governmental delegations, commissions and working groups. Nuritdin Inamov was the first Chair of the Arctic Council Project Support Instrument Committee established in 2014. He is Russia’s Chairperson in the Working Group on Environment of the U.S.-Russian Presidential Commission; member of the Council and national political coordinator of the Global Environmental Facilities; member of the Committee on International Cooperation of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs; leader of joint commissions on cooperation in environmental protection and rational nature use.
