Professor Nikita Lomagin, Vice-Rector for GR at the European University of St. Petersburg will speak at Arctic Frontiers

We are very pleased to announce that Professor Nikita Lomagin will speak at Arctic Frontiers Policy 2016. Professor Lomagin is the Vice-Rector for GR at the European University of St. Petersburg. He is also the Program Director of ENERPO (Energy Politics in Eurasia). In addition he is a Professor of Global Economics and Professor of Global Policy in the Department of International Relations at Saint Petersburg State University.

Professor Lomagin has given lectures on the Leningrad blockade at Cambridge, Harvard, Pittsburg and Indiana Universities, as well as Washington and Lee University. He is a Doctor of Sciences in History and his main fields of interest are Russian history, contemporary Russian foreign policy, international relations theory and international organizations.
