JOOL Capital Partner announced today that they have acquired Säkra Stockholm NoWa AB and the acquisition adds another SEK 1 billion in AUM to the JOOL Group. The acquired company is licensed in the insurance mediation category by the Swedish FSA. Lars Wahlberg, the former owner of Säkra Stockholm NoWa AB, will continue to run the operation together with his staff. JOOL will integrate the acquired company with JOOL´s current company structure that will enable the Group to continue the growth in the Swedish DCM market, in which JOOL is a market leader in the SEK 30-200 million segment.
Mr Wahlberg, the previous owner of Säkra Stockholm NoWa AB comments, ”It will be very inspiring to be a part of JOOL´s expansion.
