Nammo to Acquire Florida Manufacturing Facility from Chemring

Nammo has agreed with Chemring to acquire one of its US subsidiaries, Chemring Ordnance, based in Perry, Florida. The acquisition will strenghten Nammo's US manufacturing capabilities, and boost its number of US employees to 800, more than in any of the company's nine other manufacturing countries.
