Movie service Headweb expands to all Nordic countries
- Movie service Headweb expands and launches in Denmark and Finland.

Headweb, Sweden's most prominent service for streaming and downloading of movies, will launch in Denmark and Finland on the 4th of March which completes the service's Nordic expansion. Headweb launched 2007 in Sweden and opened in Norway in February 2010.
Headweb offers instant access to movies via on-demand streaming to any internet connected computer and Playstation 3. Headweb was recently awarded Sweden's ”Best entertainment service 2009” by Internetworld and appointed ”Best film service” by magazines M3 and MacWorld. Headweb also received swift acclaim in Norway, recently awarded "Best film service" by ITpro.
The service is available at Headweb.com and offers the latest blockbuster movies and more than 2000 older classics. Movies are available to rent or buy with a single click through credit card, SMS or pre-paid accounts.

Headweb has agreements with movie studios Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., SF, Sandrew Metronome, Nordisk Film, Nonstop Entertainment, Noble Entertainment, Scanbox amongst others.
