The founders of Bølgen & Moi, Trond Moi and Toralf Bølgen have participated in the entire development process of concept, food and menus. With their broad experience as a restaurateur, international cookery experience and passion for food and drinks, Bølgen & Moi Food Garage will surprise and delight the travellers at Bergen Airport. “Bergen is my favourite city and I'm glad to be back and to be able to cook some of my signature dishes again! “says the founder of Bølgen & Moi, Trond Moi.

Fiskeriet is based on the well-known seafood store at Youngstorget, Oslo, famous for its high-quality seafood. With its modern Scandinavian design and its focus on seafood, the restaurant fits perfectly into Bergen Airport, Flesland. Here guests can feel at home and this will be a favourite place for many.

Alti’tude is a contemporary bar that emphasises the local experience of Bergen, inspired by the joyful positive and warm people of Bergen and the varied weather of Western Norway. Together with 7 Fjell Bryggeri, a small local craft brewery, we have developed our own beer, BERGEN! Pale Ale. A beer that is made to fit just as well for people who have just got their eyes up for handmade beer as for the most remembered and bearded beer enthusiasts. It’s is a fruity and fresh Pale Ale, which is just as good to drink on its own as with food on the menu.
