Jetpak Group acquires Aviation Consultants & Services BV

Jetpak has signed an agreement to buy 100 percent of the shares in the transport and logistics company Aviation Consultants & Services BV (Netherlands) from Aviation Consultants & Services SA (Luxembourg). The transaction will enable customers fast and precise logistics solutions into the Nordics, primarily within the 12 hours segment.

Aviation Consultants & Services (ACS) has a long-standing experience in the aviation industry. The company offers services in the transportation field and acts as general sales agent (GSA) for several air lines. The company has their office at Amsterdam airport Schiphol.
