Welcome to our newsroom!

Welcome to the new Nammo newsroom! Nammo is growing quickly, both in size and in abilities, and as of today, we employ more than 2200 people across 26 sites and offices in 14 countries. Only in the last week we have added 60 employees, three sites and two countries to that list - and we are not done growing yet. Personally I joined the company just over three months ago, and I have been impressed by the skill and dedication of my new colleagues. The span of Nammo's portfolio is vast. It includes ammunition for defense and security forces, rocket engines that power the missiles carried by the aircraft that defend our skies, and a growing range of rocket engines for space - and much, much more (for instance, 90-95% of all ammunition used in biathlon competitions!) There are so many stories to be told from a company like this, and that is what this newsroom is supposed to help us do.

In here we will be publishing several types of content - slowly at first, and hopefully more frequently as we go along.

• Our press releases will be our major announcements - new contracts, acquisitions, major milestones. 
• Our news stories will be more general updates and insights into the company and our products and activities. 
• The blog posts (like this one) will be commentary and stories from people like me inside the company. 
• Photos and videos - both relating to individual stories and posts, and as general background.
• Documents, such as annual reports.
