Albumet slippes på Idols eget selskap BFI Records, via Kobalt Label Services/Playground.
Coveret er designet av gatekunstneren Shepard Fairey.
Produsenten av ”Kings & Queens Of The Underground” er Trevor Horn, med support fra Greg Kurstin på to spor, inklusive første-singelen: ”Can’t Break Me Down”.
