Marianne Faithfull er klar med nytt album, innspilt med storheter som: Nick Cave, Roger Waters, Brian Eno, Steve Earle, Adrian Utley (Portishead), Ed Harcourt og Warren Ellis & Jim Sclavunos (The Bad Seeds), Tom McRae og Anna Calvi.
Marianne Faithfull’s tjuende studio album, ”Give My Love To London” er det seneste albumet i en enestående musikalsk karriere. ”Give My Love To London” er produsert av Rob Ellis og Dimitri Tikovoi. Mixet av Flood. Gjestlisten av musikere som medvirker er både lang og imponerende, Adrian Utley (Portishead), Brian Eno, Ed Harcourt og Warren Ellis & Jim Sclavunos (The Bad Seeds).
Marianne har skrevet låtene med bl.a. Nick Cave, Roger Waters, Steve Earle, Tom McRae og Anna Calvi. Låtene sammen med Mariannes sprø og følsomme stemme skaper en deilig atmosfære. Etter mer enn 50 år i musikkbransjen har ikke Marianne Faithfull så mye mer hun trenger å bevise, men hun imponerer mer enn noensinne på sitt nye album, ”Give My Love To London”.
