City of friends – new app available on Apple store

The City of Friends, a warm and friendly place, where animals and people live together in harmony.

The TV series centers around the three emergency teams – Police, Ambulance and Fire – and the three friends Max, Elphie and Ted. Their day-to-day adventures in the City of Friends lead them to new experiences, and teach them some gentle, but valuable life-lessons along the way.

City of Friends is a beautifully animated preschool series for boys and girls. Cooperation, friendship, tolerance, knowledge, activity and fun are the key words which apply to the residents in the City. The series sparks the imagination with exciting, playful storylines which are entertaining and often hold a simple moral. The characters are original and varied, bringing something fresh and unique to each episode.

We have developed a new app featuring games and activities for children from 2 to 6 years, based on the successful children’s TV series “City of Friends”. Get to know the three recruits Max, Ted and Elphie as they join their respective emergency teams on exciting missions.

The City of Friends TV series has been a big success in both Norway and the UK and the app is also available in both languages. The brand was created in 2006 by police officer Carl Christian Hamre, as he was telling bedtime stories to his children based on his experiences as a patrolling police officer.
