St. Lucia reveals artwork and trackslist for debut album ''When The Night'', available october 8 via Neon gold/Columbia Records. 

(Columbia Records; New York, NY – August 21, 2013) – Today, Brooklyn-based synth-pop outfit St. Lucia has unveiled the Passion Pit remix of their new song “Elevate.” The original track, which rocketed to #1 on both Hype Machine’s “Popular” and Spotify’s “Viral 50” charts upon its mid-July release, is featured on the band’s highly anticipated full-length debut, When The Night, available October 8 via Neon Gold/Columbia Records. The band has also revealed When The Night’s album art and tracklist. The cover was designed by Leif Podhajsky, best known for his work with Tame Impala as well as acts ranging from Foals to Lykke Li. The album’s tracklist (see below) features a handful of already released fan-favorites, including “All Eyes On You,” “September,” and “Closer Than This,” -- as well as brand new songs that have made their way into the band’s recent live sets, including “The Way You Remember Me” and “Wait For Love.”

To celebrate the release of When The Night, St. Lucia has announced two unique, intimate shows next month on the west coast. The band will perform their entire new album from front-to-back on September 10 at Los Angeles’ The Echo and September 12 at San Francisco’s Rickshaw Shop. Tickets for both shows are on sale this Thursday, August 22 at 12pm PT.

In addition, St. Lucia will join Two Door Cinema Club on tour this fall, with dates kicking off October 2 at Philadelphia’s Tower Theatre and continuing through mid-November (see itinerary below). Earlier this month, the band made an exhilarating splash at Lollapalooza, where Entertainment Weekly called the Brooklyn multiculturalists “the next big thing” and Consequence of Sound raved that “’Elevate’ left every newfound island-craving soul hungry for their debut full-length.”

Produced by the band’s own Jean-Philip Grobler, When The Night expands upon St. Lucia’s unique brand of dreamy, nostalgic pop. With additional production and mixing from Chris Zane (Passion Pit), Rich Costey (Muse, Foo Fighters) and Andy Baldwin. St. Lucia has previously released two EPs—2012’s September EP and self-titled EP.
