INTRODUCTION

I have been in radio for a long time since 1989 (when I was 18 years old, but even before that as a 14-year-old). In 2015, I left a radio station in the Bay of Plenty in in 2016. I had a break for a while, but I had always wanted to go back to radio as it is my passion.

So, in 2016, I started a radio station in another part of The Western Bay Of Plenty (Te Puke) and set up my studios in Te Puke and Whakatane and began broadcasting in April 2016 until now. Unfortunately, on the 14 th of October 2016, I suffered a stroke which incapacitated me, and as a result, I found it difficult to do any work at the radio station, making it imperative that I look for ways to keep it running after my stroke.

Luckily, I had a few colleagues who were able to help out with the operation of the station, while I was receiving treatment and recovering from the stroke. Now, I am having three radio stations in need of DJ's that may wish to be part of my concept where anyone (who shares the same vision and passion) can record in those radio stations. The overall idea is that we intend to have a collaboration of many DJs who will then be part of the business.

HOW WILL IT WORK?

I have acquired a robust, software bundle known as the VT REMOTE tracker from www.stationplaylist.com, which will allow ordinary DJ's to do a show anywhere in the world. What it means in effect is that a DJ can use 1 - 3 different radio genres and can access any of the three stations that I am using by means of different login and passwords.

The Remote Voice Tracker also allow the DJ's to record voice tracks and edit playlists either at home or while on the road, away from the studio. For more information on how the automation works, please visit the following HTML link: http://www.stationplaylist.com/remotevt.html

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

As stated earlier, even though our first station commenced operation in April 2016 just before my stroke, I have since added two other radio stations, WHK 107 FM and Energize FM online and a transmitter in the region - TBA, while 107 FM is still operating in Te Puke. The whole idea is to have a radio station that will be online at all times and also provide satellite radio station on other frequencies in different regions and use Te Puke as the model.

WHAT IT ALL ENTAILS - HOW TO GET INTO THE RADIO STATION

The first thing is a collaboration, which means that I will provide the platform and a conducive environment that enable talents like yourself to practice and enjoy their trade. Secondly, we shall all work together to bring in the revenue from every available means.

However, you need to bear in mind that I still have to pay for the running of the radio stations, licenses, and royalties of the music, but I guarantee that all the DJ's will benefit from this venture because it is going to be a win-win situation for everyone involved.
